What had happened was… it was Pride here in Charleston, SC. Okay, sort of. We had a parade. Our rally is in September. I don’t know why. I’m not planning it and I’m not second guessing them. Honestly it was in my best interest, I’ll explain later. Now for those Pride photos that you want to see so badly. I took just a few.

As you may or may not know, I have a lower back injury and things like standing for long periods of time are extremely difficult for me. I was so exhausted after the parade that I came home and slept for six hours. It’s not something I like to admit, but I have to know my limitations. Honestly, I’ve been trying to push myself in the gym a bit more to get my strength back, but if I send an email that I am taking a break, that is why.

Now the thing we don’t want to talk about. Roe v. Wade. I stand behind my sisters. I will wipe their tears, hold them up, add my voice to theirs, fight beside them and anything else that they need me to do. Please, make sure you vote. I’m not going to tell you how to vote but vote your heart. You can register for absentee in your state. I have. You can too. Please, vote.
