What had happened was Saturday morning I woke up a millionaire. No, really, I woke up and got a notification of a dividend payment. Laying in bed, I checked it. Then checked my balance of my assets to see I had over a million dollars in assets. I got up, grabbed a cup of coffee and checked again. I was a millionaire.

Someone had messed up and transferred 2700 shares of SPY into my account. My first thought, SELL! It was Saturday so the order couldn’t go through anyways. My next thought was to call, but it was a 90 minute wait for the representative. Considering it was a 1.2 million dollar mistake, I figured they’d catch it. They did around noon.

Now you know that was some movie/TV show shit. It would have been nice if the funds stayed there, but I would have returned the funds. That night I celebrated my temporary time as a millionaire. I went out to the Hive and enjoyed the Broadway show numbers. See the gurls, Medusa Chaos, Honeydew Melon and the show hostess Carmella Money Monroe perform.

I have started my next book in the Someone Series. This time we’re following Carlos. I have worked and reworked the story in my head multiple times, and I’ll be burning the midnight oil writing it. In the meantime, don’t forget to get your copy of Someone to Love.
