Noir Male asked me to rewrite 2 scripts, which I did and I submitted an outline for a full length movie. Keep your fingers crossed. Also, next week I’m sneaking away to a Bear Thaw. Don’t tell anyone! I’ll still send the newsletter out but, what happens in the clothing optional resort might end up in my newsletter.

Sugar update! Here it is. I’ve gotten better about making sure I have some sort of carb or fruit in order to maintain my sugar levels since I swapped over to Monk fruit. My workouts have been better because I’ve lost the sugar bloat. I actually have more energy. I’m sleeping way better.
