It is another FANTASTICAL FRIDAY! It has been a busy writing week! I have three new movies being made by Noir Male. I am working on some more scripts for them all while writing my next Shadow Guardian book. Yes, every free moment of the day I am out there writing. Honestly, this is my passion so I can’t get enough of it.

Now, as I promised, a little bit about our new superheroes. I have two reluctant heroes. They are twin Drag Queens that go by Fire and Ice. Yes, if you’ve been on TikTok or seen RuPaul’s Drag Race, I got the idea from Sugar and Spice. They are nothing like them, though. Ice is very professional, stoak, cold with a warm heart. Fire is passionate, flamboyant and chaotic with a cool demeanor. 

I am having a blast bringing these two to life on the pages and having them interact with my established characters. You’re going to see more of Alex in the story. You’re going to see Alex come into his own as a member of the team. He’s the hero behind the heroes, and I want to really bring him to life.

Okay, sugar update. I’m down to 217.4. My energy is super high. My mood is fantastic. If you’re looking at weight loss, or you’re a diabetic, I would suggest looking into monk fruit sweetener. Based on how my clothes fit, how my workouts are going and my sleep is wonderful. It has even helped with my congestion. Now, this is me. Do your research and see if it would work for you. 

Puppy update! Yes, we’re still chatting and flirting. He’s on his own fitness journey. I know this because he sent me a naughty video, and I commented that he had trimmed down. I am doing my best to get back to visit him, but I have to get my writing done. He understands this, and the long distance is working for us now.
